Engineering and Solution Design

Computer Age Engineering has the personnel with the experience and knowledge required to satisfy our customers’ needs. We provide electrical design, mechanical design, special programming, and engineering services.

Our mechanical engineers use Mechanical Desktop and AutoCAD Inventor software to design and detail our automated equipment. Our controls engineers use AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical to design the control systems for the automated equipment we provide.

Machine Shop and Tool Making

Computer Age Engineering utilizes its modern machine shop, combined with a team of experienced personnel, to produce high quality products for our customers. Our equipment includes the latest CNC machinery networked to our powerful CAD systems. With this equipment and our team of machinists, we are able to meet your machining needs on time and with quality products.

Fabrication

Fabrication is the foundation for our equipment. CAE fabricates our machine framework from strong steel elements to allow our machines to provide years of reliable service. CAE has the capability to MIG and TIG weld many different materials.

Assembly and Testing

Our team of electricians, mechanics and technicians expertly wire and assemble machinery every day. Extra care goes into these activities to ensure the workmanship quality not only provides excellent functionality, but also looks great!

Our engineering staff methodically tests every machine against an ever-evolving checklist to ensure quality, safety and adherence to specifications.
