Our Belt Line Finishing Equipment always saves our customers
money. CAE has developed two types of rigid extrusion finishing machines.
The first is a cell containing multiple stations. These stations are
positioned for good ergonomics and proper material flow. Automatic unload
assemblies allow the operator to load the next part fast. This results
in labor savings and short cycle times.
Our automated belt line (rigid extrusion) machines are based on an
indexing conveyor with tooling that acts on the parts as they are indexed.
The key to the success of this type of system is that the part gets fixtured
by the loading operator and stays fixtured until the part is done.
